Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests
• Create enterprise-wide architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and manageability
• Provide solutioning for RFPs from clients and ensure design assurance
• Manage portfolio of to-be solutions including systems, shared services, and applications
• Analyze technology environments and client requirements to set design frameworks
• Provide technical leadership for design, development, and implementation of solutions
• Define current-state solutions and identify improvements for target-state solutions
• Document architectural targets, recommendations, reusable patterns, and roadmaps
• Evaluate and recommend solutions for integration with technology ecosystems
• Collaborate with IT groups for task transition, performance, and issue resolution
• Perform detailed documentation of architectural design and artefacts
• Validate solutions from technical, cost, and customer differentiation perspectives
• Identify problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions
• Collaborate with sales, project, and consulting teams to align solutions
• Track industry trends and align them to future IT needs
• Provide optimal delivery solutions and frameworks to enable delivery teams
• Build relationships with executives, product owners, and stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Develop KPIs, SLAs, and business process metrics to drive results
• Manage multiple projects and accurately report assignment status
• Identify risks and prepare mitigation plans for projects
• Ensure quality assurance of architecture/design decisions
• Recommend tools for reuse and automation to improve productivity
• Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise frameworks
• Ensure consistent application of architecture principles across projects
• Support pre-sales teams in presenting the solution design to clients

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in architecture design and solutioning
• Experience in managing large enterprise systems and solution portfolios
• Ability to analyze complex client requirements and design optimal solutions
• Strong documentation and communication skills for architectural artefacts
• Proven track record of technical leadership and client engagement
• Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and delivery frameworks
• Ability to support pre-sales activities and demonstrate thought leadership
• Experience mentoring technical teams and contributing to competency building
• Ability to manage team resourcing, talent development, and performance management
• Strong understanding of industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies
• Certifications relevant to architecture and solution design (preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Ability to lead initiatives that drive organizational recognition and branding
