SHL is hiring for the role of Solution Architect!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner with Sales and Professional Services teams to design and deliver tailored talent solutions for customers.
• Present best-fit solutions alongside sales teams and share insights with global customers.
• Provide technical guidance on Talent Acquisition and Management to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering growth and learning within sales teams.
• Lead proposal development and solutioning for large, complex deals, including RFP responses.
• Act as a liaison between customers and Digital/Product teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing to drive sales pipeline and develop enablement materials.
• Represent customer and market feedback to influence the digital roadmap and content creation.

Requirements:

• Has expertise and experience in consulting, implementation, or managed services
• Strong technical background around the implementation and integration of products
• Excellent presentation skills, aptitude to present with credibility and authority
  Ability to navigate and manage issues within customer accounts
