Ericsson is hiring for the role of Solution Architect!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist the Recovery Leader and RT in technical driving of the emergency.
- Lead solution-level troubleshooting in multivendor/multi-domain networks to isolate the fault by the usage of appropriate Tools/Data Driven assets (Wireshark, EIA, CNOM, etc.) for domains like Cloud, NFVi, IMS, and 5GC, etc.
- Participate with the Technical Team in analyzing logs/events/alarms for effective resolution of the emergency.
- Define, clarify, and agreement with the Customer on technical expectations and requirements.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in multiple domains such as 5G Core, EPC, IMS, Cloud-NFVi portfolio products, and product roadmaps.
- Excellent Presentation, Interpersonal skills & Customer Handling Skills Customer Centric Skills (Culture) / Strategic / Creative / Innovative thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
