Oceaneering is hiring for the role of Solution Analyst HR!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Providing global functional support to end users. Interface with the Business to resolve PeopleSoft Human Resources and Payroll application issues including data quality and system performance
• Supporting multi-currency financial transactions.
• Creating and suggesting workarounds for issues while waiting for fixes.
• Supporting systems’ interfaces with other enterprise system owners to ensure that business processes are streamlined, and business goals are achieved.
• Contributing as a key player on system upgrades (manage module(s) regression testing).
• Creating and maintaining a knowledge base of issues and resolutions through the ticketing system.
• Creating and maintaining training materials.
• Performing system testing for upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
• 5+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll or other ERP tools.
• An understanding of Human Resources and Payroll.
• SQL knowledge to read and write queries.
• MS Office products experience.
