SMA is hiring for the role of Software Test Engineer - Apps!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for mobile applications to ensure efficient and scalable test execution.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of test processes, cases, results, and regularly report testing progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to continuously improve testing processes and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Gherkin syntax for behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Hands-on experience with Appium; knowledge of Selenium for parallelizing Appium instances is a plus.
• Experience with Compose (Android) and SwiftUI (iOS) mobile frameworks is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Docker is a plus; excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) required
