Reliable Software Solutions is hiring for the role of Software Support Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide technical support to customers by answering telephone calls (primarily) and to emails
• Analyze and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues.
• Document and record all activity and communication with customers over the telephone and email.
• Actively participate in team and departmental meetings by providing feedback on current day-to-day activity and recommendations for improvement. -Online/On-site training of software products.
• Installation / Patch updating of software products -Communicate to customers the steps necessary to maintain and update software products. -Collecting customer feedback and requirements. Address urgent issues quickly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a flair for written communication
• Ability to quickly grasp new ideas and concepts.
• Ability to organize and simplify things.
• Enjoys Troubleshooting.
• Enthusiastic trainer.
• Familiarity with capital markets and trading platforms.
