About this Job
PTC is hiring for the role of Software Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Resolve customer incidents and bugs and improvements in IOT products supported by the IOT CRT team.
- Interact with TS, PM, TPM, QA, and NPD teams to get clarity on issues and resolve them quickly to meet SLA.
- Help customers succeed when they adopt PTC’s IoT Products.
- Support the customer and resolve issues within the agreed SLA thereby improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills – Core Java, Javascript, Databases, Debugging tools, IDE
- Strong problem-solving and lateral thinking skills
- Drive for quick resolution of issues
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Product Deployment Via Docker and DevOps tools would be an added advantage
