Software Solutions Engineer (Analyst) Job in Mumbai at Duck Creek Technologies

Duck Creek Technologies is hiring for the role of Software Solutions Engineer (Analyst)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop functional understanding of the Duck Creek product suite and its technical components
• Support engineers and the Technical Architect in ensuring that the architecture components interact to fulfill the requirements and meet performance goals
• Support customization of products to customer specifications, which may include customized user interface and integrating with third party software
• Participate in quality management reviews as outlined in the Quality Management practice to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in engineering or technology (B.E. /B.Tech), or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with a CGPA of 7.5 or higher (equivalent to 70% or more)
• Total Work Experience: No experience required, and up to one year of experience. Previous internships preferred
• Industry certificate bootcamp experiences (preferred)
• Strong interest in technology and software systems
• Basic problem-solving skills to identify and address configuration issues
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as required
• Exposure with .Net Solutions and SQL DB and relational database design would be a plus
• Exposure of XSLT, XML, XPATH, HTML, CSS, AJAX would be a plus
