Software Scrum Master Job in Pune at Rockwell Automation

Rockwell Automation is hiring for the role of Software Scrum Master!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• The Scrum Master understands and effectively applies and coaches Agile and Lean principles within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• The Scrum Master will support creating and maintaining project plans, Project Management activities like schedule management, estimating risks and effort, and accomplishing project goals.
• The Scrum Master creates and maintains an environment for continuous learning and relentless improvement.
• The Scrum Master helps the agile team coordinate dependencies with other teams and communicates the status of these dependencies as needed.
• Collaborates with other agile teams to identify, promote, and adopt best practices and lessons learned to optimize team and program/project performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with a concentration in software; or equivalent knowledge in the areas of software engineering (software requirements analysis, software design, software testing) desired
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Development/Test, or other related role
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Agile development environment
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques is preferred
• Experience as a scrum master (with certification) and/or Agile coach is preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
• Certification as an Agile Coach is a plus
