Software Quality Assurance Analyst Job in Bangalore at UL Solutions

• Create moderately complex test scripts.
• Review Functional Requirements documents and interact with other departments to ensure an accurate understanding of requirements and testing to be conducted.
• Conduct independent hands-on requirements-based software testing, including writing test specifications and cases, identifying and entering project reports in a tracking database, and organizing larger investigations to isolate systems issues, if needed.
• Work with offshore testing resources to ensure test scripts and test script execution are complete and meet internal SOP and regulatory requirements, as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate within the department and across the organization by proactively driving solutions to testing issues and escalating as needed.
• Help define, write, and review QA SOPs and update them as required.
• Understand and comply with applicable regulations and all company processes as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Requirements:

• Understanding and experience implementing test strategies and test plans.
• Ability to perform manual testing against enterprise UI web applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within an agile environment.
