Software Quality Analyst Job in Kolkata at SuperProcure

SuperProcure is hiring for the role of Software Quality Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Involve with the quality assurance stage of product development and delivery
• Develop test plans to ensure the team deliverables meet the business requirements defined in the Tasks.
• Perform test plan review when appropriate to ensure a consistent understanding of business requirements between PMs, QA, and developers.
• Verify the bug fixes and ensure the existing system is not breaking because of the fix given to resolve the bug
• Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the product created by developers matches the client's requirements.
• Find bugs and root causes within a product before it gets deployed to the production environment
• Work with the integration team to test APIs and provide feedback to the developers for Quality delivery
• Work closely with the key stakeholders of the product and improve the quality of the product
• Design the test cases for new features, and bugs and identify the gaps in the system to deliver a quality and seamless product to the end users
• Align with the automation team to bridge the gap in the shared TCs, update the TCs regularly

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience.
• Basic QA knowledge of manual & Automation, and prior internship experience will be an add-on.
• Strong knowledge of software Agile methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Basic Knowledge in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Basic Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium and JMeter will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Mobile app automation will be an added advantage.
• Prior project experience in testing mobile apps and web-based applications will be an add-on.
• Basic knowledge of API testing is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of writing SQL queries and debugging on Google Chrome Console.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to fall in fast-paced environments.
