• Formulation and implementation of Software Testing strategies.
• Develop and execute a test cases for the tasks, dependencies.
• Involved with test planning, writing the test cases and filing explanatory bug reports.
• Assessing the bug reports by customers on various platforms and plan for the reproduction.
• Working closely to understand the functionality during the planning stage and then devise positive and negative test strategies.
• Being responsible for the different documents linked to the definition, monitoring and control of test and acceptance test activities.
• Understanding the testing effort and planning the resources accordingly.
• Ensuring test quality through optimization of test efficiency and effectiveness.
• Brainstorming, contributing new ideas, thinking of innovative strategies, and implementing solutions to complex problems.
• Working with fellow designers and developers in an iterative environment.
• Working with real-time feedback from our users to make the product better.
• Discover, design, develop, deploy, debug. Repeat!

Required Skills:

• B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) degree or equivalent will be preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a Software QA Testing role, ideally working within a app development environment
• Experience in API testing is a plus
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Well versed with database testing esp. dealing with SQL queries.
• Experience in Ad-hoc, Black Box, White Box, Incremental Integration, Functional, Performance, Loading, Security, Compatibility, and Acceptance testing.
• Great writing Explanatory skills.
• Organization and Problem-solving skills as well as and performing the tasks by due release date.
