Trimble is hiring for the role of Software Engineering Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing and maintaining web applications, APIs, and data pipelines for agriculture water solutions.
• Providing guidance to your team, assigning tasks, and dealing with blockers to ensure continuous improvement of both the product and the skills of your team.
• Working with the product team to transform requirements into detailed functional requirements.
• Designing and developing new features for Web applications and data pipelines.
• Connecting multiple applications in a Cloud-based environment.

Requirements:

• Significant experience with large-scale, distributed web application design and development
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects
• Proficiency in cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Web API development with Microsoft .NET platform ( C#, Entity Framework)
• Experience with database management systems, such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, data modeling, and schema design
• Knowledge of geospatial data and backend data processing
• Self-managed, self-starter able to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all team members
