Salesforce is hiring for the role of Software Engineering SMTS!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Join the CRM System Test applications organization at Salesforce, working on Sales and Service Cloud products, AI, and Data Cloud.
• Focus on the testing discipline, testing across various applications and technologies.
• Collaborate with experienced Q3 professionals and work on next-generation AI and Big Data technologies.
• Contribute to building tools and frameworks to enhance testing effectiveness.
• Influence design and promote the core value of Trust across teams.
• Hands-on programming experience in Java and JavaScript is preferable, and you should be skilled in producing effective test plans/specs.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 7+ years of experience in software engineering, quality assurance/engineering, usability, or business analysis.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure platforms.
• Service Management: Experience in owning and operating multiple instances of a critically important service.
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Open Source: Experience with open source projects such as GitHub, Postman, Swagger, Spinnaker, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Automation: Proficiency in independently designing and delivering automation and automation frameworks for products with a focus on quality.
