Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Requirements Gathering: Collect and document business requirements through meetings, workshops, and observations.
• Test Planning and Execution : Develop test plans and scripts to ensure solutions meet the specified requirements.
• Collaboration: Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate open communication and understand product features for better testing outcomes.
• Data Analysis : Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Conduct Requirement Analysis : Identify, analyze, and document business needs, ensuring clarity and completeness of requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defect logs, and providing regular updates on testing progress and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree: Typically, in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree (Optional): An MBA or relevant master’s degree can be advantageous.
• Usually, 0-2 years in business analysis in Life Insurance implementations
