Google Inc. is hiring for the role of Software Engineer - Silicon, Embedded Systems!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work to enable applications for devices.
- Develop new software, hardware, and system architecture to support future applications.
- Design, develop, and test embedded software drivers for the next generation of smart devices.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in software development with Embedded Systems/Firmware using C/C++.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. (Preferred)
- Experience with embedded systems and developing device drivers or firmware.
- Experience in computer science with data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Knowledge of embedded systems development, RTOS concepts, device drivers, and hardware/software integration.
