Setu is hiring for the role of Software Engineer (SF Service Delivery)!
Responsibilities of the candidate:
- Support the Salesforce Platform operations and Service delivery
- Monitor incidents logged for the platform through ServiceNow and manage operations meeting SLAs.
- Work on customization and configurations of the Salesforce cloud components.
- Monitor the various data integrations between platforms and fix any problems.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to help resolve Production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs through data analysis.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business operations or sales environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases.
- Knowledge with design and implementation of web-based interfaces and APIs using Apex code, web services etc.
- Exceptional customer service skills, and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Conceptual understanding of data lakes and data warehousing principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
