Software Engineer - ReactJS Job in Noida at Pine Labs

Pine Labs is hiring for the role of Software Engineer - ReactJS!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee the design and implementation of complex architectural projects while also engaging in hands-on development of fundamental frameworks.
• Create globally recognized technology life-cycle management and ITSM processes and practices.
• Act as the tech owner for PineLab’s most complex and impactful projects related to Online Payments.
• Lead the design and development of capabilities for platform buildouts.
• Define, own, and implement a long-term technology vision for the organization.
• Own the end-to-end architecture of the team(s).
• Establish engineering best practices in collaboration with engineering managers/directors and tech leads.
• Raise the bar for quality, availability, resiliency, and uptime of the platform.
• Collaborate with other principal engineers and architects to standardize tooling and technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architecture.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards for features/products/platform buildouts.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure.
• Coach and guide team members in Agile frameworks to drive performance and results.

Requirements:

• Strong working experience in React JS and its core principles (such as JSX and Virtual DOM).
• Proficient in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Experience leveraging design, architecture, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with React Hooks, Redux, or other state management libraries.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) is a plus.
