Manhattan Associates is hiring for the role of Software Engineer - R&D - Java/J2EE!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design and develop large-scale, multi-tier, distributed software products
- Build resilient and cloud-ready solutions
- Be responsible for the quality of software; we believe quality is the responsibility of the developer
- Estimate and plan your own work and the work of others in the group
- Evaluate software (or configuration) issues with many areas of the system and resolve them in a timely manner
- Implement changes to the system assuring the changes do not introduce new issues
- Document all work
Requirements:
- Experience Range - 2 years to 3 years
- Strong experience in Java, and J2EE technologies. Core Java + Spring Boot
- Strong experience in development and delivery experience with distributed commercial software applications
- Experience working with Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery approaches and best practices
- Exposure to cloud technologies, Microservices and frameworks such as Amazon Web Services, container technologies like Docker is a plus
