Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is hiring for the role of Software Engineer, QA - X Delivery!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understanding and implementing the best-fit approaches to testing to ensure that applications and new features are working as expected.
• Maintaining a knowledge base of manual and automated testing.
• Creating and executing reusable automated/manual test cases and translating business logic into project requirements.
• Developing testing best practices, and an emphasis on security best practices.
• Leveraging technologies to support business needs to attain high reusability and maintainability of current and newly developed systems.
• Understanding of available automation tools and how/when they should be used.
• Preparing effective unit tests and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science engineering/technology or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of technical tools like CI/DevOps, Python, Javascript, etc.
• At least 2 - 4 years of the end-to-end web – application/tool development experience in a commercial setup specific services or consulting organization
• Additional weightage for contributions made to open source projects, blogs, forums, etc. in relevant technologies
