Software Engineer - Murex Job in Bangalore at Natwest Group

Natwest Group is hiring for the role of Software Engineer - Murex!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Helping to design and develop reusable libraries and application programming interfaces for use across the bank.
• Delivering software components to enable the delivery of platforms, applications, and services.
• Helping to design and develop high volume, high performance, and high availability applications using proven frameworks and technologies.
• Supporting well-thought-out estimates after a thorough consideration of design, build, and testing of complexity maintainability and serviceability.

Requirements:

• A background in implementing programming best practices, especially around scalability, availability, and performance
• Experience in test-driven development alongside the use of automated test frameworks, mocking and stubbing, and unit testing tools
• Expertise in Murex development
• The ability to understand support, modify, and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams
• Experience working with code repositories, bug-tracking tools, and wikis
