Gartner is hiring for the role of Software Engineer - ML/NLP!

Roles & Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Establish methodologies for quickly rolling out new data analysis capabilities for standalone data-driven products and services to support our associates using ML and NLP.
• Be able to transform unstructured raw data into formats suitable for modeling.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions to ensure NLP solutions align with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Continuously improve NLP models through experimentation and optimization techniques. 
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning to contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's technical capabilities.
• Documenting detailed design specifications and review code commits to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of experience in Machine learning and NLP.
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming.
• Skilled in data cleaning and exploratory data analysis
• Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, data mining, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Proficient in NLP, including transformers and generative AI technologies such as OpenAI, LLaMA3, etc.
• Proficient in Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
• Familiarity with deep learning libraries including SpaCy, NLTK, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn
• Experience in deploying model serving APIs
• Experience with relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
• Knowledge of graph databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
