About this Job
- Responsible for Software Application Support at 1st Level.
- Manage updating the system as and when required as per defined process.
- Ensuring the support is given on time to users and helping with software projects implementation and regular training on new features introduced.
- User Management in all applications : creating new users, assign rights and revoke rights.
- Monitoring and executing of scheduled IT activities (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) which set.
- Implementing and take active part various IT Projects at locations which are assigned.
- Exchange Rate update for Bank / Customs as received on priority.
- Renewals of various applications and taking vendor quotes
- Helping IT Executing in resolving user calls and issues related to all applications used by the LP Group. For e.g. Logisys, LP Apps, Odex, Intraa, MMD3, Icegate, RPA etc.
- Ensure that the Service desk is always updated to give real time status of Incidents and requests.
- New user creation in Logisys, Odex, Intraa, LPApps any applications implemented as notified.
- Rights management of users as per request.
- Activation and Deactivation of user ids and Password reset.
- Communicating and understanding with users for their issues, resolving and escalating to vendors.
- Ensure that the escalations are done at vendor end to ensure timely support for LP.
- System Updates for below
