Software Engineer II, Consortium Intelligence Job in PAN India at Socure

Socure is hiring for the role of Software Engineer Consortium Intelligence!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data Science—to design and develop new features and products in an Agile environment.
• Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on performance and scalability, while receiving mentorship and support from senior engineers.
• Tackle a wide range of complex technical challenges, with guidance and opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
• Contribute actively to the design and implementation of backend systems and services.
• Support the ongoing reliability of our systems by assisting in triaging and resolving production issues, and addressing bugs to ensure system stability.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, a related technical field
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in backend software development.
• Interest in and familiarity with our technology stack, including Java, SQL/NoSQL databases, and AWS.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Awareness of engineering best practices and a proactive mindset toward improving development standards, tools, and workflows.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies or programming languages as needed.
• A customer-focused approach, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively across teams and stakeholder groups.
• Comfortable working in Agile, globally distributed, and cross-functional team environments.
