KLA Corporation is hiring for the role of Software Engineer II!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Acquire and demonstrate technical knowledge of OMD software.
• Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
• Understand and make design and architectural improvements to existing software.
• Follow KT-defined software development processes.
• Lead small teams to develop key features on a need basis.
• Identify, highlight, review, and mitigate technical risks in conjunction with the Technical Manager.
• Contribute to the continued improvement of the organization’s development procedures, by looking for opportunities for improvement and proposing ideas for solutions.

Requirements:

• Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.
• Strong in programming fundamentals, .Net and C#, and C++.
• Experience in analysis, design, development, and unit testing.
• Thorough knowledge of SDLC and software engineering.
• Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff in the technical areas, with the ability to keep discussions at the appropriate level of abstraction.
• Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills, with the ability to move cleanly from theoretical to implementation thinking.
• Willingness to travel to the US and other customer places on short assignments.
• Experience in developing COM/DCOM using MFC/ATL/WPF.
• Experience in .Net and C#, C++.
• Knowledge of KT-specific or general semiconductor domain.
