Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understanding the needs of our customers and then working to build the best solutions where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
• Analyze the code and collaborate with product development team and develop a strategy to address critical problems.
• Work with the customers/partners to establish the root cause of problems and provide end-to-end service support.
• Provide workarounds / code solutions to complex technical issues.
• Maintaining application level monitoring using shell scripts.
• Develop utilities and API's to automate various manual processes.
• Provide creation, automation, and deployment of services and help maintain cloud infrastructure.
• Practical and naturally inclined to "roll up your sleeves" to get the work done.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 0 to 2 years of experience
• Quantitative and problem solving skills
