Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• We are looking for a customer obsessed and results oriented software engineer, who can design and develop Generative AI services. 
• The team is responsible for delivering a suite of generative AI API based offerings that deliver large language model (LLM) capabilities to Security developers and organizations.
• These services are designed to simplify the integration of AI functionalities by abstracting the underlying complexities.
• This team is responsible for building capabilities to offer different base or fine-tuned generative AI models (STM, SecPhi, Fine Tuned Qwen/Llama etc) and enabling deployments at scale, GPU capacity management and optimization, integrating Responsible AI compliance across AI services and handles uninterrupted model upgrades, deployment and fine tuning. Responsibilities include:
• Develop “best-in-class” engineering for our services by ensuring that the services and the components are well-defined and modularized, secure, scalable, compliant, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored and reusable
• Adhere to and drive modern software engineering practices through design reviews •
• Adding and optimizing monitoring coverage, including self-healing for services
• System design through well-defined interfaces across multiple components, code reviews, leveraging data/ telemetry to make decisions
•  Engage in service capacity planning and demand forecasting, service integration and geo-expansion, software performance analysis and system tuning.
