GAP is hiring for the role of Software Engineer - Graduate Engineer Trainee!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Partner with the team on the technical aspects including development, maintenance & support of product requirements
- Understand business processes, implications, underlying critical applications and systems
- Learn and develop solutions in Retail domain
- Work on key technologies and platforms including Java/J2EE, Cloud, Big Data, Hadoop, Data Warehouse, Middleware etc.
- Follow Agile methodology & DevOps the best practices
- Roles & responsibilities will depend on the department & product assigned
Requirements:
- B.Tech /B.E degree in Computer Science Engineering/ Information Technology or Electronics & Communications Engineering
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High learning agility – interested in learning more
- Excellent communication – listen attentively, seek to understand opinions from others and share ideas in a helpful and timely manner
- Willingness to innovate, adapt & make changes and try new technologies as per business needs
- Embrace diversity and respect for others
