GE Healthcare is hiring for the role of Software Engineer - Full Stack! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop, Document and test features
• Work with architects and technical experts to design new features, evaluate alternative designs, implement prototypes and establish an execution plan
• Make technological choices at the individual level and analyze their impact
• Have the ability to develop functionalities in their verticality, from the back-end to the front-end
• Able to understand issues related to loading and rendering images
• Understand the MVC construction process and identify the responsibility of each component
• Demonstrate expertise in writing tests to automate tasks
• Implement the principles of continuous integration/deployment
• Provide expertise in quality engineering, test planning and test methodology for a software project
• Use experience to influence others
• Apply methodologies such as Lean/Agile/XP, CI, software and product security, scalability, documentation practices, refactoring and testing techniques
• Be able to document

Requirements:

• Work experience as a software development engineer (git, GitLab, Jenkins experience)
• Experience in software design and web application design
• Master object-oriented language more specifically Javascript (ES6)/TypeScript/NodeJS/[C ++/Java]
• Understanding of the back-end logics of loading and rendering images and in the front-end, handling and creating features HTML5/Javascript
• Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Engineering degree in computer science or Master in computer science with advanced experience of at least 2-3 years in the field of software development
• Able to evaluate code, build it and run applications locally by itself
• Experience in creating applications in micro-services and micro-front ends
• Curiosity, creativity and a sense of deliverables
• Promotes empowerment and adoption.
• Publishes materials to promote the adoption of the design.
• Offers design solutions based on research and synthesis
