Conga is hiring for the role of Software Engineer

Responsibility of the Candidate

• Act as a subject matter expert in building architecture and technical solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and end-user needs.
• Be part of a tightly integrated team that serves the foundational platform components of the Conga products.
• Architect, build, run, and support internal systems and services critical to Cloud Revenue Lifecycle Management.
• Ensure the platform’s reliability, scalability, and performance to support business growth.
• Provide ongoing support for internal systems, ensuring uptime and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement in the platform.
• Guide and mentor development teams on best practices for system architecture and platform design.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing clear solutions.
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements for development teams.
• Drive technical design and architecture decisions that align with business objectives and the future product roadmap.

Requirements

• You should have 2 to 4 years in .NetCore and Restful web services with demonstrated drive to learn and progress in the field of technology and the art of development.
• Experience in building back-end micro-services from scratch and a good amount of hands-on into REST APIs, design patterns and data structures.
• You should have 1+ years of experience in ReactJS.
• You should possess hands-on experience working with containers and Kubernetes and Demonstrate success executing development work within an Agile environment.
