Software Engineer - Developer Services Job in Noida at Siemens

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build cloud-based pipelines and tools to automate and improve software delivery
• Work across the entire software lifecycle to improve teams’ throughput based on industry-leading metrics
• Engage teams, leaders, and individuals to support and evangelize incremental improvements through the adoption of best practices
• Solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to evolve and mature both new and existing processes
• Pioneer improvements to the entire software development life cycle, finding ways to reduce toil and make developers’ lives easier and more productive

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline, or have equivalent work history
• Have 2+ years experience with Quarkus/Java, dotnet, node, and/or JavaScript
• Have 2+ years experience with unit testing, mocking, and automation frameworks
• Have 2+ years experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) based on continuous improvement
• Possess a DevOps mindset with practical experience in a mature CI/CD SDLC environment, including logging, monitoring, performance measurement, and operational metrics
• Demonstrate strong communication, partnership, teamwork, and influencing skills
