Software Engineer - Backend Job in Bangalore at Kuku FM

Kuku FM is hiring for the role of Software Engineer - Backend!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Designing and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Performing Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, etc.).
• Doing Implementation of security and data protection.

Requirements: 

• Experience of 1-3 years
• Graduated from Tier I engineering college
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in at least one Object-oriented programming language
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding of the threading and multi-process architecture
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Experience in using big data tools such as Apache, Spark, Hive, Redshift
• Deep understanding of the working of Relational databases(MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns
• Fair understanding of building RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with event-driven programming and async task processing
• Good understanding of git or other version control systems
