GE Healthcare is hiring for the role of Software Engineer - Automation! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participate and review in defining functional and non-functional enterprise-wide test strategies
• Design complex test frameworks, harnesses and proprietary test tools
• Review test artefacts and participate in technical discussions related to testing
• Define and design the test environment
• Help define the approach to automation and automation methodology
• Provide inputs related to automation tools and automation ROI
• Define test metrics
• Analyze the test results, and the cause of errors and provide feedback to the software development team and test team
• Gather information about current testing practices and team structures
• Analyze the current test processes and perform gap analysis
• Arrive at the organization maturity matrix using the Test maturity model
• Perform root cause analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any stream (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)3+ years of experience in Software testing.
• Provide technical expertise in programming languages and scripting languages
• Conduct automation suitability assessments, perform tool analysis, make selections and recommendations
• Create a process improvement roadmap
• Remain current with market developments, new test automation technologies and leading practices
• Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Good communication skills.
