Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand and analyze product requirements (functional & non-functional) from stakeholders.
• Create low-level design documents and seek review from architects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical direction for product research, design, and development.
• Develop high-level and low-level software design documents.
• Implement code based on design documents and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Review test cases, conduct integration testing, and resolve bugs.
• Provide inputs to technical documentation and user acceptance testing.
• Gather user feedback and identify ways to improve product usability.
• Mentor and coach team members, set goals, and conduct performance appraisals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology.
• Strong understanding of .Net Core, MS SQL Server, and ASP.NET.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
