Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant professional experience
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong full stack development experience with HTML5, TypeScript and React JS for Frontend coupled with Java 17, Spring Boot 3, SQL for Backend development
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective digital solutions.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying at the forefront of AI and GenAI advancements and applying them to solve business challenges
• You have exceptional analytical skills, able to apply knowledge and experience in decision-making to arrive at creative and commercial solutions
• You possess a strong desire to learn and contribute solutions and ideas to a broad team
• You are independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environments
• Manage multiple tasks and use sound judgment when prioritizing
• Provide digitally advanced financial products to clients
• Collaborate with globally located cross functional team in building customer-centric products
• Analyze existing software implementations to identify areas of improvement and provide estimates for implementing new features
