Keysight Technologies is hiring for the role of Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Influencing culture change as our Compute and Collaboration teams adopt Agile software development methodologies and shift to incremental and iterative approaches based on Agile principles.
• Working with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver digital solutions on the OpenShift Container Platform.
• Operationalizing infrastructure delivery and leading transformation initiatives involving containers.
• Setting up OpenShift Clusters on physical and virtual machines.
• Setting up Services, Routes, and Ingress.
• Setting up storage using CSI drivers, working with local, NFS, longhorn.
• Managing PV’s and PVC’s.
• Using Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Alert Manager.
• Helping GCC teams deliver top-quality service in a timely fashion.
• Partnering with R&D teams to drive and move to OpenShift Platform to improve software developers’ build cycle – code, test, & deploy.
• Establishing a sustainable IT DevSecOps model by driving a mature solution architecture aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Opensift, basic Linux, or Windows system administration experience.
• 1+ years scripting/coding - Python, YAML, etc
• 2+ years of experience with software development lifecycle: build, test, deploy, and release management
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering and using DevSecOps tools
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and other infrastructure-as-code tools - Ansible, Terraform
• Experience with containerization, e.g., Docker & Kubernetes. and server virtualization (VMware, KVM)
