KLA is hiring for the role of Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using languages such as C#, Java, Python, or C++.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues under the guidance of more experienced developers.
• Contribute to documentation and support the maintenance of existing systems.
• Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, including version control, testing, and agile methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in software development (internships or co-op experience may be considered).
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming and basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Exposure to development tools such as Git, IDEs, and debugging tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
