Striim is hiring for the role of Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, implement, and optimize infrastructure for a high-performance real-time data streaming platform
• Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient software systems for large-scale data integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements
• Work with cutting-edge technologies to build robust and secure data processing pipelines
• Analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring minimal latency and high throughput
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in distributed data environments
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for data streaming solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure software quality
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in real-time data processing
• Play a key role in scaling systems to meet growing data and user demands
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the software engineering lifecycle

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in programming with any one of the object oriented language - Golang / Java / Python / C / C++ .
• Experience working on Microservices architecture & latest distributed systems is a plus
• Proven professional experience with Cloud platform Knowledge in AWS/GCP/Azure is an advantage
• Experience with Agile programming methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and collaborate with other engineers.
