Volvo is hiring for the role of Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure as code solutions using tools such as Terraform, Azure Cloud and Ansible.
• Integrate infrastructure provisioning into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and management of cloud resources.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all infrastructure configurations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, implement optimizations, and ensure high availability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in IaC and cloud computing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform,
• Azure Cloud, and Ansible.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with cloud platforms mainly Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Golang is a big plus.
• Proven experience of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• AWS or Azure certifications are a plus but not required.
• Main Technologies used in our environment: Azure, RHEL, SUSE, Ansible,
• VMware, vRelize, ServiceNow, Redhat Automation platform, Windows, Azure DevOPs, Github, Github actions
