Optum is hiring for the role of Software Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide coaching and support to develop individual skills.
- Encourage two-way communication within the team.
- Manage service delivery in line with SLA and handle ad-hoc situations.
- Handle monthly deliverables like dashboards and risk matrices.
- Innovate and maintain a technical edge.
- Comply with employment terms and company policies.
Requirements:
- B.Tech./MCA with a minimum of 16 years of formal education.
- Experience in a process-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of application and infrastructure security concepts.
- Understanding of PLM processes and Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in application development and integration, specifically .Net and C#.
- Experience with SQL and Oracle databases, SSRS, Power BI, SSIS, and PL/SQL.
- Familiar with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, AWS, or open-source options.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and lead complex projects.
