Capgemini is hiring for the role of Software Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop high-quality, formatted proposals in response to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
- Create pitch decks and capability decks in both digital and print formats.
- Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary input and ensure design accuracy and completeness.
- Handle video creation using Adobe After Effects.
- Manage proposal timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely submission and compliance with requirements.
- Continuously improve templates and content libraries to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Web Video, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
- Highly proficient content specialist with a background in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in video creation and editing, including video post-production.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
