ServiceNow is hiring for the role of Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with senior developers and to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms as well as in-house built applications on Servicenow Platform.
• Work on collecting, preprocessing, and analyzing data to support model training and evaluation.
• Implement AI/ML models into production environments and ensure their scalability and efficiency.
• Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
• Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
• Help design and implement new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of dedicated experience in AI/ML field developing use cases and solutions.
• Skilled in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with the ability to create Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions.
• Experience on Servicenow Platform is a plus.
• Exhibits strong documentation, articulation, and communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrates a strong learning aptitude and thrives as a team player.
• Capable of effective prioritization and maintaining focus on high-impact activities.
• Enthusiastic about conducting research and analysis, with a passion for technology and innovation.
