Genesys is hiring for the role of Software Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Demonstrate a high level of curiosity and keep up-to-date on the latest technologies.
- Write, deploy, and help support quality production code in a microservice architecture.
- Communicate and collaborate with QA and other development teams on tasks.
- Participate in PagerDuty rotation and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Stay current with industry developments and new trends.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of software development experience using Java
- Some work experience with REST APIs
- Experience with Unix-based operating systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
- You are curious, self-driven, ask questions and have the willingness to learn
