CME Group is hiring for the role of Software Engineer 1!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct coding at a small task level, potentially with minimal design
- Perform unit testing of own code. Review unit tests with the mentor
- Exhibit basic proficiency in language knowledge; Write application modules and unit tests with guidance
- Implements designs received from managers or immediate supervisors
- Optimizes code with supervision
- Learn from prior code reviews and help with environment-build deployments
- Correct identified defects and issues
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of SQL and performance of basic modelling
- Possess knowledge of basic database SQL and basic database modelling
