Google is hiring for the role of Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop AI/ML Solutions: Experiment, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models and develop AI/ML applications that optimize developer productivity, streamline development workflows, and automate repetitive tasks. This may include test code generation, debugging assistance, and other productivity-enhancing tools.
• Documentation and Communication: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including model architectures, algorithms, and implementation details. Present findings, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Model Training and Evaluation: Collect and preprocess data, build and train AI/ML models using various algorithms and techniques, and evaluate their performance. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, product managers, and UX designers, to understand their needs and pain points. Collaborate effectively to define and implement AI/ML solutions that address these challenges and improve overall developer productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting
