Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and related technologies. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards and software development practices. 
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability. 
• Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to validate the functionality and performance of backend systems. 
• Optimize backend code for performance, scalability, and reliability. 
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments, ensuring timely resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in backend development and the Java ecosystem. 
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide status updates, discuss technical solutions, and address project requirements. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystem. 
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles. 
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
