Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with the development team to drive the agile software development lifecycle.
• Assist in the design and implementation of software applications, with an emphasis on learning and skill development.
• Work on coding and development tasks that contribute to high availability, scalability, maintainability, and reusability of software.
• Learn and adopt quality development practices under the guidance of senior developers.
• Participate in sprint planning and contribute to the realization of product features under the supervision of product managers and UX designers.
• Actively engage in learning opportunities and seek mentorship to increase your skills and effectiveness as a team member.
• Contribute to the improvement of our full-stack solutions, working on optimizing performance and enhancing the user experience.
• Collaborate in the integration of automated test coverage into development workflows.
• Participate in code review processes and adopt a bottom-up approach to continuous integration with the guidance of senior developers.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of software development experience, with a strong foundation in programming concepts.
• Basic knowledge of development technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• A passion for software development and a proactive attitude towards building skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a collaborative team.
• Desire to grow and develop expertise in software architecture and design principles.
• Eagerness to learn agile development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in Node.js, React, and database systems such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL is a plus.
