Key Areas

• Plan, organize, schedule and budget for assigned projects. 
• Must have 3+ years of .Net technolgoy experience preferred. 
• Supervise & monitor the Development and maintenance of software or applications using .NET framework languages and technologies.
• Expertise in coding standards, design principles and best practices.  
• Able to manage couple of teams simultaneously.
• Responsibility of ensuring that the requirements are defined and deliver properly. 
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality and timely services.
• Technical documentation whenever required.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a project manager or relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
• Proficient to manage personnel and related issues.
• Experience in using project management tools and Microsoft office.
• Strong knowledge of .NET framework, ASP .NET, C#, Visual Basics and OOPs concepts.
• Ability to adapt the latest framework changes, build tools, and libraries.
• High level skill for req. understanding.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills. 
• Able to manage couple of teams at a time.
• Organizational, time management and multitasking skills. 
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with the team.
