Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work on building and enhancing large-scale machine-learning infrastructure for online recommendation, ad ranking, personalization, and search.
• Utilize Big Data technologies, including AWS, Spark, Hive, Lucene/SOLR, Elastic search, etc., to drive innovation and shape the future of India Advertising.
• Drive appropriate technology choices, lead continuous innovation, and contribute to the technical direction of offerings and solutions within the India Advertising organization.
• Code, troubleshoot, and support high-volume, low-latency distributed systems, taking ownership of the entire development life cycle.
• Collaborate with business teams and project managers to convert functional requirements into technical features, implementing key functional areas of the customer experience.
• Take ownership of operating products, ensuring excellence in feature stability, performance, and flexibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience, demonstrating expertise in design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems.
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
• Experience in building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through the actual launch of the project.
• Strong communication skills to interact with users, technical teams, and management, collecting requirements, describing software product features, and conveying technical designs.
