Aereo is hiring for the role of Software Development Engineer - I!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on performance and user experience. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using modern ReactJs. 
• Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces. 
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability. 
• Work with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and other data services. 
• Debug, test, and resolve issues and bugs. 
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. 
• Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices. 

Requirements:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. 
• Working experience with ReactJs. 
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. 
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. 
• Basic knowledge of front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, or Parcel). 
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
• Familiar with Redux or any state management systems 
• Familiar with containerization 
• Familiar with CI/CD tools and practices 
• Experienced with managing robust, scalable, secure and cost-effective cloud deployments.
